Paid Surveys-Introduction
from: Michael RussellAs big as taking paid surveys is on the Internet, there is probably no
bigger site for paid surveys information than
Paidsurveysonline.com. You can find just about anything to do
with paid surveys at this site. We're going to review the site
briefly, its popularity and what you can expect to find there.
Starting with the popularity of Paidsurveysonline.com, as of this
current writing, it has an Alexa rank of 18,975. That means there
are only 18,974 more popular on the Internet. That is saying
quite a bit. But their popularity doesn't end there. If you
got to the Clickbank Marketplace, you will find that they are currently
the number one ranked site at Clickbank under the category of Marketing
and Ads. Needless to say, Paidsurveysonline.com is probably the
most popular paid surveys site on the Internet. But why?
What can you expect to find there?
Well, for starters, you get your own members area. There's no
login required. All you have to do is pay your lifetime
membership, which is around $67 or so and you're a member for
life. Just make sure you bookmark the page.
Once you're in the members' area, it's very easy to get lost as there
is so much there. You have to be very careful when you first get
to the members area because the first thing you get hit with is a bunch
of banner ads. The members' area doesn't have a menu
system. It's just one long page from top to bottom. So skip
the banner ads. They're just trying to sell you something that
you probably don't need.
After you get past all the ads, there is a brief introduction to get
you prepared to take surveys. They tell you that you really can
get paid for giving your opinion and get you all excited about doing
this. Well, at least they try.
After the intro and a brief explanation of how you take surveys, the
different kinds and how you get paid, they then present you with a
bunch of free bonuses as a thank you for your membership. These
are a number of other get paid to programs ranging from paid to read
emails to mystery shopping, which is also very big with a lot of people.
The next section of the members' area contains your instructions for
getting started. They tell you everything you're going to need to
take these surveys, which is basically just a computer with an Internet
connection. They do recommend that you download roboform, which
makes it easier to fill out a lot of information that you'll need to
type in over and over with each application. These pieces of
information include things like your name, email, etc. They then
talk about focus groups and other things related to taking surveys.
Finally, on this page they give you tips on finding paid survey
jobs. The main thing they tell you to do is to be honest when
filling out your survey applications.
In the last part of this series, we're going to cover how to find surveys through Paidsurveysonline.com.
